Courtney Boggs

My clinical expertise is centered around providing support to adults coping with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), survivors of sexual abuse, neurodivergent individuals, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. I am deeply committed to delivering strength-based and inclusive counseling to all of my clients. My therapeutic foundation is rooted in Interpersonal relationships and psychodynamic approaches. These theories are fundamental to my practice and inform how I understand and address the complexities of human emotions and relationships. By examining how past experiences, early relationships, and how the formation of our attachment styles affect our present thoughts and behaviors, I guide clients in gaining insight into the root causes of their emotional challenges. Ultimately, my goal is to offer a tailored therapeutic strategy that caters to the unique goals and needs of each individual I work with. My practice is a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your past, understand your present, and build a more fulfilling future. If you're seeking therapy that blends interpersonal insight, self-exploration, and trauma-focused care, I invite you to connect with me.
