Benefits of Teletherapy

Teletherapy is just as effective as in-person therapy. Research shows that teletherapy is an effective way of providing care for a range of issues with a variety of populations. In fact, it has a lot of advantages that in-person therapy doesn’t. Clients don’t have to deal with getting off in enough time at work to drive to a therapist’s office, find parking, have a session, and drive back home. Instead, they can skip the commute entirely and use their lunch breaks or another time that fits with their work schedules. You can do sessions from your offices, cars, kitchen, living room, or even the backyard. What matters most is that you have enough privacy to feel comfortable opening up, wherever that is.
